Coming to a state of total peace. If there is restlessness of the body, the family, the world, of being ignorant of knowledge, there is no peace. These have to dissolve totally, even the desire to be liberated.
Vichara:
Is one-pointed thought. The premise ' I am bound and I want to be liberated'. Except for that seed thought, everything else has gone. You are totally focused.
Santosh:
Is contentment. Total contentment that, 'what is', perfect, that the whole creation including this body and mind.
Satsang, here does not mean Kirtan and bhajan. Satsang means asking yourself, 'Who am I? What is the truth? Satsang is being with the truth. World, is perfect. And you are in complete harmony with everything.
Satsang:
Liberation is not necessarily enlightment. Until you have a 'concept' of liberation, you will never be liberated.
The knowledge of self is always there but we don't have the equipment to receive it. It's like there's a satellite radio transmission, but until you have a receiver that can decode the transmission, you won't be able to receive it. If you have the receiver with the decoding password, you can listen to the music.
Or you may have a receiver, but you might not have the password. It's like you have the equipment, the human body and intelligence, but neither the interest nor the urge to unravel the mysteries of the self.
Like the radio transmission, the truth is everywhere, but we aren't able to unlock and access its glory.
You are so involved in your stories, in your life, tat you are not ready to tune-in. You are turning into something else.
Keep inquiring 'whom and I?
And practice Shanti,Vichara, Santosh and Satsang,
The perfact way to freedom.
The moment you tune in, it's a shock!
You receive the entire universe inside you.
And you realise that there's nothing called knowledge,
nothing called ignorance it is all that is.
